Living and Lovin’ Herbs Becomes The New England Herbary

Breadcrumb Navigation

Dear friends,

After much thought and growth, I’m excited to share that my podcast Living and Lovin’ Herbs has a new name: The New England Herbary.

Why the change? Over the past few years, my work has blossomed beyond the original podcast into teaching, writing, seasonal products, retreats, and now a community rooted in both New England traditions and universal herbal wisdom. I wanted a name that reflects this broader vision—one that honors where I’ve come from and where I’m headed.

🌿 The New England Herbary will still bring you everything you’ve loved: practical ways to use herbs for health, home, and self-care.
✨ But you’ll also find more stories, folklore, astrology-herbal connections, and seasonal rituals woven in—because herbs don’t just heal our bodies, they connect us to rhythm and meaning.

What’s new:

  • Monthly podcast episodes with fresh, approachable plant wisdom.
  • Articles and guides on the seasonal use of herbs.
  • Deeper dives into astrology and herbal traditions for those who want to explore the cosmic side of plant work.
  • Access to my Patreon Community Rooted Wellness Circle membership and Zodiac-themed spa kits.

If you’ve followed me as Living and Lovin’ Herbs, thank you for being part of the journey. I hope you’ll continue with me at The New England Herbary. And if you’re new here—welcome! You’re right on time.

Here’s to the next chapter—rooted in tradition, alive with story, and always guided by the plants.

With gratitude,
Brenda Sullivan
